UPDATE: No Charges Against Facebook Obama Assassination Pollster
The Associated Press reports that the Secret Service has closed its probe into the Facebook survey posted Sept. 26 regarding whether President Barack Obama should be assassinated (See "TUOL" 9/29/09) after determining that neither the minor poster nor his parents posed a threat to the President's safety.

It's very likely that the child is merely repeating things he heard his parents say. So, I agree with the Secret Service, leave the boy alone - but force him to watch his parents being executed. At worst, he'll turn into Batman.
