Are they seeking 'justice'? Money? Revenge? Unless the issue or persons involved are high profile, any victory could be Pyrrhic and known only to those involved. Personal reputation in today's world seems a much more fluid and devalued entity than in years past, much less worthy of the time, expense and questionable outcome of a libel suit.<br /><br />The current judicial haste in ordering disclosure of pseudonymous or anonymous posters is deeply disturbing to me, and I wonder if an unspoken, historical, entrenched authority struggle isn't at play or is, at least, a subtle influencing factor.Donna Morrishttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00677837344778587945noreply@blogger.com
